These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AptitudeTestUK website at aptitudetestuk.com and the associated practice platform at app.aptitudetestuk.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by AptitudeTestUK ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age. If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to your use of the Service.

3. Account Registration

• Subscriptions do not automatically renew.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with at least 14 days' written notice to active subscribers.

5. Free Trial

We may offer free access to selected practice tests without requiring payment. Free access is subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify free access at any time without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Share your account credentials with any third party.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes. No other rights are granted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
• That practice test content will exactly replicate the official Defence Aptitude Assessment or any other official assessment.
• That use of the Service will guarantee a particular score or outcome in any official assessment.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defence, or any official military recruitment body.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AptitudeTestUK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to pass any official assessment.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over such sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices. Links do not constitute an endorsement.

11. Changes to the Service
